1. I have ordered your products. What should I do if something is broken or defective when it arrives?

2.I have placed an order with you. What if some parts are missing when the goods arrive?

Take a photo or a video, and send us an email in RuiQi202205@163.com telling us about the missing parts. We will confirm your problem and send the missing parts together with our courier partners.

3. The goods have never been delivered (lost in transit). What should I do?

Don't worry, please contact our customer service with the order number, and we will investigate. If the courier loses the item, we will refund it in full.

4.What should I do if the carrier loses my package?

This rarely happens, but if this happens, please contact our customer service with your order number, and we will solve the problem and issue a full refund when necessary.

5. How can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We will accept the change or cancellation of your order for the items that have not been processed in the US warehouse. If the goods have been delivered, but you haven't received the package, please inform the carrier and refuse to collect the package, and then contact our customer service by email or telephone to change or cancel your order. However, the service charge will be involved, and you can refer to the return and exchange for more details. Please note that the goods in stock will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days after the order is processed. Customized products are specially made for you, so you can't cancel them.

6. How will I get a refund?

7. How can I change my shipping address?

8. Where did you deliver the goods?
We deliver goods from cooperative warehouses all over the United States. Since different warehouses specialize in different manufacturing fields, please expect that your items will be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

9. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

All orders usually take 5-8 working days to arrive. Usually, it takes 1-2 working days to send orders from the warehouse. The transportation time varies with the customer's location and product; According to demand and transportation location.
For American customers, standard shipping means that you can receive the package within 5-8 working days after placing an order.

10. How much is the transportation fee?
We are free of freight for standard orders, so you don't have to pay the freight. The delivery service does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you need to deliver to these three areas, please contact us in advance.

11. Where are your products made and how do you deliver them?

At present, our products are mainly produced in China, Viet Nam and Malaysia, and the products on the website are all in stock after being transported to warehouses in various states in the United States. Orders will be delivered nearby according to the customer's distance. If you buy more than one product, the delivery place may be different and the arrival time is different, which is a normal phenomenon. 12. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place an order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing an order. Please contact us if you don't receive the email within 24 hours.
